Our aim is to help student’s identify disruptive day to day cycles that are damaging their education and to help develop constructive, customised solutions while improving their confidence and self esteem in the process.
We aim to do this by:
- Asking questions, rather than selling answers.
- Listening out for and reinforcing evidence of a student’s achievements.
- Working with what students can do, not what they can’t do.
- Learning what students are already doing that is beneficial and exploring ways to enhance this.
- Focusing on the solution not the problem.
- Develop an action plan going forward.
These achievable solutions empower students to become self motivated. They provide a platform for students to either “keep doing what works” or do something different.
